Due to the very small flow channels of liquid in the hydraulic chamber, if the cleanliness of the grease is not high, it is easy to cause channel blockage and inability to buffer; Therefore, from a microscopic perspective, the cleanliness of oil should be as high as possible, and the diameter of the solid particles contained should be very small.

⑶ High concentration and high specific gravity, but the viscosity index should not be too high. This structure does not simply rely on the viscosity of damping oil to buffer, blindly improving the viscosity index of damping oil will instead lead to the negative effect of the valve plate and sleeve easily sticking together and unable to move relative to each other. In addition, the higher the viscosity, the poorer the low-temperature performance of the damping oil, which is also unreasonable.

⑷ Strong antioxidant capacity and long service life. Generally, fatigue testing for this type of buffering should be done at least 100000 times. If the damping oil is prone to aging and cannot maintain its original characteristics for a long time, it will not be able to maintain consistent buffering effect of the product.
