The upper stainless steel hinge of the door is designed to withstand static loads and must comply with regulations. After testing, it must not break.
1. When installing stainless steel hinges, the corresponding load-bearing quality level of the hinge should be selected based on the actual quality of the door leaf. The vertical position of the free end of the door leaf should not change by more than 1.5mm, and there should be no deformation or damage. It can be opened or closed normally.
2. The upper stainless steel hinge of the door is designed to withstand static loads and must comply with regulations. After testing, it must not break. The static load bearing capacity of the upper hinge used for windows should meet national regulations, and there should be no fracture phenomenon after the experiment.
3. The rotational force of the hinge should not exceed 40N. The window hinge needs to be opened and closed repeatedly 25000 times, and the door hinge needs to be opened and closed repeatedly 100000 times.
